Hi, I’m Petra, a degree qualified Naturopath and Massage Therapist based on the Surf Coast of Victoria. I founded Petra Moon Naturopathy with the vision of creating a space where people can reconnect with their bodies, understand the “why” behind their symptoms, and feel supported in restoring balance through evidence-based natural medicine.

My approach blends modern functional testing and nutritional science with traditional herbal medicine and a deep respect for the body’s innate wisdom. I have a particular interest neurodiversity & mental health support, hormones, thyroid, gut health, immune resilience, vaginal health, fertility and I work with clients both in-person in Torquay and online across Australia.

I believe healing happens when we feel heard, supported, and empowered with knowledge and my goal is to help you find that sense of ease and alignment within your body again.
